If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
1. License Grant
The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use SlipCase on Apple-branded devices that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store rules. This license is for personal or internal document management purposes only.
2. License Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, rent, sell, distribute, or create derivative works of SlipCase except where applicable law expressly allows it.

3. User Content and Data
Documents, images, notes, OCR text, and exported files that you scan, import, edit, store, or export with SlipCase remain yours. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and your use of it comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
SlipCase is local-first and may sync document data through your personal iCloud private database when iCloud is available. The developer cannot access your original documents. See the Privacy Policy for details.
4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
SlipCase offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple in-app purchase to unlock Pro features.
- Subscription name: SlipCase Pro.

5. Service Changes and Availability
The developer may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of SlipCase as needed for system capabilities, legal requirements, App Store rules, maintenance, or product improvements. SlipCase depends on iOS, iCloud, StoreKit, camera, photo library, and file access capabilities, which may be affected by Apple services, device state, network availability, and user settings.
6. Disclaimers
- SlipCase is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- SlipCase is a document management tool. It is not a legal, identity verification, document authentication, notarization, or official certification service.
- Watermarks and password-protected exports help label and protect copies, but they cannot guarantee prevention of misuse.
- You are responsible for backing up important documents and for confirming that exported files meet your submission requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use SlipCase, including loss of data, business interruption, or rejection of submitted materials.
8. Apple's Role
This EULA is between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for SlipCase or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce this EULA against you as third-party beneficiaries after you accept it.
9. Termination
If you violate this EULA, the developer may terminate or restrict your license to use SlipCase where permitted by law. You may also stop using SlipCase at any time by uninstalling the app. Subscription terms are described above.
10. Changes to This EULA
The developer may update this EULA from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be noted in the app or App Store metadata where required. Continued use of SlipCase means you accept the updated EULA.
